Leave & Liberty is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States Department of Defense, any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, or any government agency. Content related to military topics — including but not limited to Space-A travel, PCS moves, military lodging, TDY policies, leave regulations, MLA/SCRA benefits, passport and visa requirements for service members, SOFA agreements, and military discounts — is provided for informational purposes only.

Military policies, regulations, and benefits change frequently and may vary by branch, duty station, command, and individual circumstance. You are solely responsible for verifying any military-related information with your chain of command, legal office, finance office, AMC passenger terminal, personnel office, or other official military sources before relying on it.

From time to time, Leave & Liberty may publish sponsored content — articles, reviews, or features for which we have received compensation from a third party. Sponsored content will always be clearly identified as such in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines, including FTC requirements. Our opinions and assessments within sponsored content remain our own.

In addition to the restrictions in Section 11, you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Site using automated tools, bots, spiders, or any manual or automated extraction methods.
• Use the Site's content for AI or machine learning training, including feeding our articles, images, or data into large language models, generative AI systems, or similar data processing pipelines.
• Republish or commercially reuse our content, in whole or in substantial part, without express written permission.
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Site.
• Impersonate Leave & Liberty, Force Mobile Studios LLC, our employees, contributors, or any other person or entity.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site for any violation of these Terms, without prior notice and at our sole discretion. We also reserve all rights and remedies available at law or in equity.

The Site uses third-party services including, but not limited to, analytics providers, content delivery networks, email service providers, and hosting infrastructure. These services may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the practices, performance, or availability of any third-party services used in connection with the Site. Your use of third-party services accessed through or in connection with the Site is subject to the respective terms and policies of those providers.

If you submit content to Leave & Liberty — including but not limited to comments, feedback, suggestions, guest articles, contributor pitches, testimonials, or any other materials ("User Content") — you grant Force Mobile Studios LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in any media, for any purpose related to the operation and promotion of the Site.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any User Content you submit and that your submission does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or remove User Content at our sole discretion and without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Force Mobile Studios LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contributors, agents, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to:

• • Financial loss, lost revenue, or lost profits.
• • Missed flights, denied boarding, or travel disruptions.
• • PCS expenses, relocation costs, or military-related financial losses.
• • Damages resulting from reliance on information published on the Site.
• • Loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• • Damages arising from errors, omissions, interruptions, or inaccuracies in content.

These limitations apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and even if Force Mobile Studios LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, some or all of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We strive to keep the Site available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or restrict access to all or part of the Site at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the unavailability of the Site.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page and may provide additional notice, such as a banner on the Site or an email communication where appropriate.

Changes become effective immediately when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Site. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
